How much can a Dispatcher make?
Salary + Uncapped Commissions
Base pay with Commissions, the possibilities are endless!
What duties does a Dispatcher perform?
A Dispatchers Duties include:
– Monitor Load Boards
– Posting Loads on internal system
– Managing In and Outbound phone calls
– Calling Current and New Potential Clients
– Collect and Produce proper documents
– Manage pickup and delivery deadlines with drivers
What kind of skill do we look for?
Desired Skills in areas include:
– 3+ Years in Sales or Dispatcher position. Need someone to hit the ground running.
– Detail-oriented
– Clear verbal and written communication skills
– Strong Phone presence
– Strong Computer and Typing skills
– Multitasking
– Self Motivated
– Work well under pressure
– Team Player
